FTHQ are the abbreviations of bathroom elements that commonly used by listing agents for the property information. "F" stands for Full Baths, "T" for Three-Quarter Baths, "H" for Half Baths, and "Q" for Quarter Baths.

A Full Bath contains four elements; Sink, Toilet, Tub and Shower Head in a tub or stall.
A Three-Quarter Bath includes three elements; Sink, Toilet and Shower.
A Half Bath has two elements; Sink and Toilet.
A Quarter Bath consists of one element; Sink or Toilet, e.g. a sink or toilet in a basement.


For instance, if you see the property flyer that shows "Bath(F,T,H,Q): 3,0,0,1," which means that this property has 3 full bathrooms and 1 quarter bathroom.
